GDPR - Processing of personal data
Your data is processed exclusively in accordance with applicable legislation. We only process personal data with the client's consent. The company Dream Entertainment s.r.o., with registered office at Jahodová 2702/127, 106 00 Prague 10, IČ: 25656945, DIČ: CZ25656945, registered in the public register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 58656 ("Administrator"), declares that all personal data are considered strictly confidential and are handled in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation ), Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and the Act that will replace this Act in terms of the implementation of the aforementioned regulation, Act No. 480/2004 b., on certain information society services, Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and other legal regulations governing the protection of personal data.
1. Purposes of processing
We will process your data only for the purpose of implementing your orders (concluding a business contract), ordered services, invoicing or for delivering orders to your contact address.

2. Scope of processing
We process the following customer data, which are necessary for the execution of orders (conclusion of a business contract): name, surname, date of birth (verification of the customer's legal age), gender (for correct addressing of the customer), street, zip code, city, state, telephone, mobile phone, ID number, VAT number, e-mail, IP address.
3. Processing time
Your personal data will be securely stored, collected, processed and archived for the purpose of keeping accounting records and documents for a period of 5 years (according to the Accounting Act - Act No. 563/1991) from the last completed order.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to adapt the content of our website to your preferences. Cookies are small data files that our website sends to your computer or mobile device, where they are stored. 7. Verification of customer satisfaction
We determine your satisfaction with the purchase through e-mail questionnaires, as part of the Verified by customers program, in which our e-shop is involved. We send them to you every time you make a purchase from us, if in the sense of § 7 paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. about some information company services, you will not refuse to receive our commercial communications or withdraw your previously granted consent. For sending questionnaires, evaluating your feedback and analyzing our market position, we use a processor that is the operator of the Heureka.cz portal; we may pass on information about purchased goods and your e-mail address to it for these purposes."
8. Right to Access and Data Portability
The user has the right to obtain information about the purpose and scope of the processing of his personal data. The duty of the administrator is to provide the data subject with all information processed about him in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. By exercising this right, the user gains more control over his personal data and also has the possibility to transfer them to another administrator in the form thus obtained.
9. Right to be forgotten
The user has the right to delete all personal data without undue delay, if they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected or processed and if the legal reason for their possible archiving has passed.
10. Right to withdraw your consent
According to the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by notifying the administrator in writing that your personal data may not always be disposed of immediately, in case this would harm the administrator.
11. The right to an explanation regarding the processing of personal data
According to the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to request an explanation from the administrator regarding the processing of your personal data. In case of doubt about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact the administrator or the Office for Personal Data Protection directly.
12. Data Protection Assurance
We have modern control, technical and security mechanisms ensuring the protection of processed data against unauthorized access or transfer, against their loss or destruction, as well as against other possible misuse.
