LA Pump Elliptical Penis Cylinders. These ‘Wide Body’ cylinders are the most anatomically correct penis cylinders on the market today.

The shape of each cylinder is oval like the natural shape of your penis. This cylinder works equally well for beginning and advanced pumpers.

• Designed for easy vacuum seal without the use of awkward rubber gaskets
• Includes a quick connect/disconnect safety valve that maintains the vacuum after you disconnect the pump
• Available sizes (smallest inner diameters): 1.75 inch (44 mm) / 2.00 inch (50 mm) / 2.25 inch (57 mm) / 2.5 inch (64 mm)
• Largest diameters are approximately 0.5 inch bigger (13 mm).
• All LA Pump Penis Cylinders are flared for extra comfort and a better seal
• Pump NOT included. If you want a pump, choose Mister B’s own or the LA Pump one.

Do keep in mind that we only use original CDC-couplings (the white parts on top of the cylinders) which are very expensive but also very durable - they never leak (as opposed to the cheap Chinese copies that other suppliers use). Using these connectors makes sure the vacuum stays when you disconnect the pump.You can combine Mister B pumps and cylinders with those of LA Pump, Dr Kaplan, SF Pump Works and Boston Pumps - no problem! We all use the same size connector.
