The use of the BRUTUS Vacuum Pump is recommended, but this cylinder can also be used with pumps from other brands such as Dr. Kaplan or LAPD.

The cylinder itself also features a wide flange for a comfortable and good seal, which can even be enhanced by using the soft silicone sleeve which is included with the product. The result of your penis enlargement can be measured with the ruler (inch/cm), which is printed on the cylinder for your convenience.

Do keep in mind that we only use original CDC-couplings (the white parts on top of the cylinders) which are very expensive but also very durable - they never leak (as opposed to the cheap Chinese copies that other suppliers use). Using these connectors makes sure the vacuum stays when you disconnect the pump.You can combine Mister B pumps and cylinders with those of LA Pump, Dr Kaplan, SF Pump Works and Boston Pumps - no problem! We all use the same size connector.
