How to usee:

Once you are in the bathtub or shower , immerse the Bathmate in water until it is completely filled with water. While you have it under water, insert the penis into the cylinder. Push the Bathmate down towards the pelvic area until a vacuum is created. Excess water is dispensed by a valve at the top of the Bathmate.

Every 4 to 5 minutes, try pumping down. As your penis expands, excess water will be aspirated at the top of the Bathmate each time you pump. If you feel that the pressure is too high, push lightly to reduce the pressure on the top of the Bathmate. This releases the pressure.
