CUSTOMER NOTICE – CHANGE OF DELIVERY AT YOUR ADDRESS
Due to the current situation of oversaturation of the delivery capacities of delivery companies, they are unable to deliver packages to the satisfaction of all customers.
The delivery company ZÁSILKOVNA with their service THE BEST DELIVERY AT YOU ADDRESS has joined their NEW system where, some shipments, instead of delivery to the customer's address, will be delivered just to the nearest ZASILKOVNA – PICK UP POINT of the recipient's address and Customers must pick up their package there.
We strongly disagree with this NEW system, so we decided temporarily disable this service. Furthermore, the capacities of AlzaBoxes are being filled, which are also offered by Zásilkovna as a ZASILKOVNA-PICK UP POINT, and when selecting this point, the delivery of consignments may be delayed by several days.
In order to ensure convenient DELIVERY of your orders AT YOUR ADDRESS (up to your home), we have temporarily reduced the shipping fee for the delivery of the Czech post – Package in hand to the new price of CZK 89.-
