1. Purpose of the processing

We will process your data only for the purpose of executing your orders (conclusion of a sales contract), ordered services, invoicing or delivery of orders to your contact address.

2. Scope of processing

We process the following customer data that are necessary for the execution of the orders (conclusion of the business contract): Name, Surname, Date of Birth (verification of the age of the customer), Gender (for correct addressing of the customer), Street, Postal code, ID, VAT ID, Email, IP Address.

3. Processing time

Your personal data will be stored, collected, processed and archived safely for accounting purposes for 5 years (according to the Act on Accounting - Act No. 563/1991) from the last order.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to personalize the content of our site with your preferences. Cookies are small data files that send our site to your computer or mobile device where they store them. 8. Right of access and portability of data

The user has the right to obtain information about the purpose and extent of processing of your personal data. It is the responsibility of the controller to pass on the information to the data bearer in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. By exercising of this right, the user gains more control over his personal data and has the ability to pass it on to another administrator in the form thus obtained.

9. Right to be forgotten

The user has the right to delete all personal data without undue delay if they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected or processed and if the legitimate reason for their possible archiving has ceased.

10. Right to withdraw your consent

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by notifying the Administrator in writing, but that it is not always possible to liquidate your personal data immediately if the Administrator may be harmed.

11. Right to explanation regarding the processing of personal data

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to ask the administrator for an explanation regarding the processing of your personal information. If you have any doubts about compliance with personal data processing obligations, please contact your administrator or the Office for Personal Data Protection.

12. Data security

We have up-to-date control, technical and security mechanisms to protect the data processed against unauthorized access or transmission, loss or destruction, and other possible misuse.
