LA Pump Two Stage Isolator Cylinder - a Penis Cylinder with separate chambers for your dick and balls, with different levels of vacuum pressure, yanking your dick up and out, and pulling your balls away from the body.

Available in 4 different diameters of penis cylinders:

• 4.5 cm
• 5 cm
• 5.7 cm
• 6.5 cm

Important:

• This cylinder will not fit if you are less than 17.5 cm in total erect length and have a penis and ball circumference of 25 cm or above
• Choose the size according to the diameter of your erect penis
• Don't forget to use a lube

The most important measurement is for the penis chamber, in order to for this cylinder to work to it fullest, you must be able to fill the penis chamber from side wall to side wall, after you fill the penis chamber a second valve allows for adjusting of pressure in the chamber filled with your balls, when pressure is increased in the ball chamber it yanks your balls forward pulling away from the body.

Do keep in mind that we only use original CDC-couplings (the white parts on top of the cylinders) which are very expensive but also very durable - they never leak (as opposed to the cheap Chinese copies that other suppliers use). Using these connectors makes sure the vacuum stays when you disconnect the pump.You can combine Mister B pumps and cylinders with those of LA Pump, Dr Kaplan, SF Pump Works and Boston Pumps - no problem! We all use the same size connector.
